Shipping policy

Orders placed before 13:00 on a weekday Monday - Friday (Excluding national and bank holidays) will be dispatched the same day.

Premium Next Working Day delivery is only available on a weekday, Monday - Friday (excluding National and Bank Holidays). This means orders placed on a Friday with Premium Next Working Day delivery will not be delivered until the following Monday.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders which may be too remote or where the size is restrictive. If in doubt, please contact us before your purchase.

Larger items, such as furniture, will be sent on a pallet. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the facility and space to accept a pallet delivery. One of our members of staff will be in touch prior to the delivery to arrange a suitable delivery date and/or time.

International
We ship to most popular international destinations, however, some items may be too large, or have restrictions. In those instances, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
